When can I expect my order to arrive?
Most of our shipments go out within 3-4 business days after the payment is cleared from the distribution center. This does not include weekends or holidays. Shipment status is updated on the marketplace channel advisor site within 1-2 days following shipment.
You can pay for your order, or check the status of a paid order, on the web at https://marketplaceadvisor.channeladvisor.com/nextgen/en/checkout/pay.aspx, which will show the payment status, shipping date and tracking number if available.
